Location: Derwent Point, Clasper Way, Newcastle Upon Tyne, NE16 3BE

Terms: Permanent/Full Time; Monday – Friday 9:00am – 5:00 pm
Salary: Competitive, Uncapped Commission

As we continue to expand our client base, we are seeking an enthusiastic and results-oriented Outbound Telesales Team Member to join our team. 

Job Summary: As an Outbound Telesales Team Member, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales efforts by proactively contacting potential customers and introducing them to our services and solutions. Your primary responsibility will be to make outbound calls to generate leads, build relationships, and close sales. You will work closely with our sales team and management to meet or exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of generating leads, promoting our services, and securing sales opportunities. 
  • Identify and qualify potential leads by gathering information about their networking requirements, existing infrastructure, and pain points. 
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers, track sales activities, and update relevant information in the CRM system.
  • Listen to customer needs, address their concerns, and provide appropriate solutions to effectively close sales. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and technical support, to ensure customer satisfaction. 
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas and performance metrics.


Skills and Qualifications: 

  • Proven experience in outbound telesales, preferably in a B2B environment. 
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills to engage customers, build rapport, and deliver persuasive sales pitches. 
  • Strong negotiation and objection-handling abilities to overcome customer concerns and objections.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills to prioritize tasks and manage multiple leads simultaneously. 
  • Resilience and persistence to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude throughout the sales process.
