HD Voice

Business phone calls, delivered with high clarity to ensure you never miss a word. When matched with HD handsets our Hosted PBX calls sound better than traditional land lines.

Auto Attendant

Record a personalised greeting for all your callers, providing them with a menu of options where they can self-direct themselves to the right department or team member in your business.

Call Recording

Unlimited storage to record your calls. Your recordings are stored in the UK and accessible for 30 days after creation. You can choose to store them longer if required.

Hunt Group

Calls can easily be easily routed to departments within your business using hunt groups. If a department is busy can’t answer the phone it could then go to voicemail or another group of phones.

Call Queuing

Call queuing can be turned on for incoming calls or groups. This means that incoming calls are queued if everyone is busy. The caller will be diverted to the first member of the Group who becomes available.

Music On Hold

We offer a choice of 5 music on hold tracks of various type of royalty free music. We can also upload professional voice and music to brand your caller experience.
